The first five pieces on the wall are real, and they are in the shop. They were photographed at the counter and retouched with an image tool: the backdrop, the display bust and the light are new, and each was checked against the original photograph. None of them yet carries a weight, purity, hallmark number or certificate here, because none of those has been recorded, so they are priced on request rather than given a figure we would be making up.

The 7 pieces you can add to a bag are a demonstration. The gold rate behind them is real: it is IBJA’s published rate, refreshed after each of their two daily publications. What is invented is the pieces: their weights and making charges are made up, because none of them physically exists. So the arithmetic is genuine and the object it is applied to is not. Do not read the total as a quotation for anything. No hallmark number is shown against them either, because a made-up one would be a forged credential rather than a placeholder.

Every other photograph on this site is generated, not taken. That means the demonstration pieces and every picture of jewellery being worn. Nobody in those pictures is a customer of ours, and none of those pieces has ever been in the shop. They will be replaced as the real stock is photographed.
